When I called to gather information she was very helpful. When I set up an appointment for a home visit, it was scheduled promptly. I was given a reminder call the day before and a call as one of the tech support employees, John, left to drive to our home. The scheduled work on my computer was done in the estimated time that was needed. All my questions were answered in a very helpful and supportive manner and the entire experience was very reassuring and a pleasure.
