What Our Clients Say...

"Just for the record I wasn't asked to write a testimonial, I asked Macs at Work if I could.  When you run across a company that does exactly what they advertise, and they do it on time with excellent customer service you want a chance to tell people about it.  My daughter attends college in the area and ran into an issue where her Mac screen was black and she couldn't access her hard drive where her mid-term paper was located.  We needed to find someone who could diagnose the issue and get it fixed quickly so that she could access her information. We walked in when Macs at Work opened at 8:30 and we were helped immediately.  They took background information about the Mac and it's issue and let us know that they would contact us as soon as they had diagnosed the problem.  They assured us that usually even if a part is necessary, that they would be able to order and receive that part very quickly and get us back up and running.  We did indeed need a part, and they were able to order, receive and install it so that my daughter was all set by the end of the next day.  That was impressive in itself, but the best part was dealing with the customer service people who were knowledgeable, understanding and very accommodating.  I would highly recommend Macs at Work!"
