"I brought my laptop into Macs At Work, Inc. in Shrewsbury, MA. After some time on the phone with Apple, I spoke with a very professional Customer Service executive at Apple in Austin. She spoke with the people at Macs at Work. The following afternoon, I received a call from Macs at Work that key assembly on my laptop had been replaced and the computer was ready to go. All in less than 24 hours. Way to go! I wish that the parts on the computer had not failed but the follow up service from the folks in Austin and Macs at Work was first rate."
